This class discusses the evolution of title insurance as well as the importance of obtaining an owner’s title insurance policy and the protection it provides. We’ll learn about the anatomy of a title insurance commitment, explain what to do when parties are absent for the closing, review the costs that appear on the settlement statement and how the closing relates to the contract. Please note the class will be on a Wednesday this month.
