This course will provide details to help you prepare for the listing presentation that many agents do not even consider. Earn the right to be a listing specialist by utilizing this process. Listings are less time-consuming than working with buyers. Marketing of listings brings both buyer, seller and referral opportunities, too!
Successfully Working with Buyers: 12:00 – 2:00
This course will provide the complete blueprint for working with a homebuyer. The process starts with the Buyer Consultation, to discover needs, wants & the buyer’s personality. The course reveals how to communicate expectations and the importance of loyalty between buyer and agent. Learn the process from the first meeting to writing the offer!
